Complete the PAR-Q accurately to determine whether you are physically able to begin training or whether you need medical clearance from your physician.
Identify your primary goals, your weekly availability, and how much support you need, My experience has been that it takes at least six sessions for the exercise cues to sink in so you feel confident performing the exercises with good form. But it is up to you to decide how often you want to use me. Remember, even if you want to go on your own you can always schedule follow-up session(s) later. Once you decide on a program you will review and sign the personal training agreement. Please feel free to ask any questions or request clarifications.
