Meet Your Trainer

Who I Am.

I have always loved to play!  Growing up, I ran track and played basketball, football, baseball, tennis, golf and other sports. When I was in my early twenties, I suffered a catastrophic shoulder dislocation barefoot water skiing.  It took me almost two years to recover.  This accident deepened my appreciation for how amazing our bodies are and how, with the right exercises, discipline, and consistency, we all can heal, improve, and realize our physical potential. 

I have used my body to backpack around the world, motorcycle through South America, and perform a variety of workouts every single day.  My fitness journey has also taken me into the kitchen where I prepare amazing whole foods plant-based meals rich in protein, slow carbs, healthy fats, and overflowing with polyphenols.  Let me share what I’ve learned to help you be the healthiest version of who you can be!

 

Fitness Philosophy.

No matter how you feel right now, I want to tell you that your body is amazing! If you want to achieve your physical potential, your body will accept the challenge. Are you ready to learn the skills that will unlock the dancer inside you? 

My ultimate goal is to help you develop self-efficacy so that you look forward to exercise because you enjoy it and realize that you live your best life when you practice it. 

I will be there for you, whether you want to train with me regularly or, if you are ready to fly on your own, want me to check in once every few months.
